To help your event run smoothly, we have some requirements we need you to fulfil.

·        A minimum space of 6.6m x 4.5M with a height clearance 2.1M.

Preferably this should be undercover due to the changeable nature of the British climate and with adequate lighting for night time driving.

A garage or carport would be an ideal location for the rainier months.  Please bear in mind that adequate space is required to manoeuvre the trailer so any driveways, turns or gates need to allow clearance to move the circuit into position.  The access and site for positioning the trailer needs to be reasonably flat and level.  In a packed away state, the trailer measures 5.6M X 2.0M, please let us know beforehand should you have any concerns regarding restricted access.

• Costs
              Private Parties:    £240 including the first hour & £30 per hour thereafter
              Corporate Event: £500 (maximum of 3 hours)
              These costs include travel within 20 miles of Woking outside of the M25

• A 50% deposit payable by EFT or cheque a minimum of a fortnight before the event date.
• Balance payable upon arrival of the event.
• Deposits are non refundable should you cancel within a fortnight of the due event date.
